A poll conducted by Monmouth University shows that the majority of Americans agreed with this statement: “Covid is here to stay and we just need to get on with our lives.” Responses varied according to political affiliation and it’s strange to see how “following the science” has led to very different conclusions. Europe seems to be illustrating this as countries splinter into those that are lifting restrictions and those that are doubling down on mandates and measures. 

A recent Rasmussen survey found that “President Biden’s strongest supporters are most likely to endorse the harshest punishments” for those who are unvaxxed or speak out against mandates. An Illinois legislator proposed that refuse-niks be quarantined for observation, but thankfully the bill was shut down. So keep patiently questioning and sharing what you know.
