We’ve noted a number of times that the tsunami of 2020 woke a lot of folks up. Riots, war, mandates, government overreach, inflation and electoral shenanigans have brought the schemes of the spirit of the age into sharp focus. Isaiah wrote of evil men in his day who thought they could keep their sin hidden:

“Woe to those who seek deep to hide their counsel far from the Lord,

And their works are in the dark;

They say, “Who sees us?” and, “Who knows us?”

Clear-headed Christian courage is needed more than ever. We can’t always bring powerful elites to account, but we can pray for darkness to be exposed and for evil to be restrained.
