| The spirit of Moloch seems to be roaming the land in recent weeks, well, suffice to say it is not hiding as much as it used to. A special Committee heard testimony from abortion doctors and clinic directors over the implications of the leaked Supreme Court opinion. The document revealed that a majority of the Justices would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade which imposed abortion access on all US states fifty years ago. Video clips from the hearing are like something straight out of the Pit. One abortion doctor accused Rep. Chip Roy of using “inflammatory language” for speaking about what an abortion is and does. Another abortion advocate could not give a reason as to why killing the unborn is all right by her, but murdering a child is not. It appears those who refuse to see this evil for what it is become mindless drones. LifeSite interviewed people at a pro-abortion rally and one woman could only repeat her mantra over and over. Senator Burgess Owens called out the hypocrisy of those who insist on equity but ignore the fact that abortion providers target poor, minority neighborhoods. Responding to recent comments that women could not succeed in life without the ability to end unwanted pregnancies, Senator Owens said “If a woman feels that abortion is her only and best option, I believe that woman has been failed by her family, her partner, her community, and her health care providers.” While attacks on abortion clinics never go unnoticed by the media, a number of crisis pregnancy centers were targeted by vandals over the last week. The more light is shone into this dark lie, the more those under its sway will become hostile. But as the culture of death becomes more determined to steal and kill and destroy, we should not stop telling the truth that every human has worth and dignity because they are fearfully and wonderfully made by their Creator. |

But community response has proved a little more flexible, with pregnancy centers opening their doors to mothers seeking baby food. The crisis has revealed that around half of America’s babies are supported by government financial assistance (WIC). |
