Dear Insiders!
This week, there’s a new piece from Bryan Stearns who contemplates the value of a direct witness (a logical presentation through apologetics about why our faith is true) versus a more indirect witness (through holy living). In a world gone mad with moral relativism and meta-modernity, living a set apart life can highlight the foolishness of godlessness. It brought to mind Hebrews 11: no doubt Noah was preaching too, but in the preparing of an ark for the saving of his household, “he condemned the world.”
There’s also a new semi-regular feature from Pastor Fisk, the Mad Monday Observer! With all the buzz around a change in priorities for America’s body politic, wide awake Christians will realize that we can’t go back to Netflix and chill and assume our nation has been pulled back from a brink and isn’t that nice? In this week’s post, Rev Fisk asks: “What will you do with the time you’ve been given?”
